Chicken Bone Broth

Chicken Bone Broth | KristenWerblow.com

Shortly after giving birth to my first child, I started to crave chicken broth. The problem was that I had been a vegetarian and hadn’t touched meat in over 15 years. Eventually, I gave into my uncontrollable crave and soon learned how powerful and healing bone broth is, especially when you are fighting an illness. Here is a simple recipe for chicken broth. If you want other types of broth, simply swap out the chicken bones for other animal bones.
